DeltaSwitch

The DeltaSwitch is a lubrication-free system suitable for all half switch movements with a so-called "high switch profile" and switch point roller in standard, symmetrical, and English turnouts.
One DeltaSwitch unit is required per half switch movement, as shown in the photos.

Product code 128501 refers to an assembly for application on concrete switch sleepers.
Product code 128601 is suitable for application on wooden switch sleepers.

Because the switch blade no longer slides over the slide chair when using the DeltaSwitch, wear on the slide chairs is prevented and the force required for switch operation is reduced.

In contrast to other lubrication-free systems, the DeltaSwitch actively contributes to improving (reducing) the maximum value for wheel clearance passage.
By applying a bi-pendulum system, the weight of the switch blade helps to increase the stroke of the blade at the installation location of the DeltaSwitch.

When installing the DeltaSwitch on concrete switch sleepers, the original cork-rubber pads must be replaced with the supplied plates.
You will receive a complete system.

The DeltaSwitch can be installed in the same configuration under both left-hand and right-hand half switch movements.
