The rail fastening system W14 is designed for category C and D according to EN 13481-2 standard, with a maximum permissible axle load of 260 kN.

The system is dedicated for Conventional Railways on ballasted track.

Using different stiffness of rail pad ensures the adjustment of system static stiffness according to the requirements of specific railway tracks.

Due to the mid-loop of the clip, which is mounted over the rail foot, the rail fastening is characterized by additional flexibility. This eliminates the risk of overloading clip arms and their plastic deformation and prevents the rotation of the rail.

Gauge adjustment in the range of ± 10 mm.

Material of the rail pad: EVA or TPU

Possibility to use anti-thief screws with a triangle head shape. All of the components can be pre-assembled in the sleeper factory.
