EcoTray cable gutter
Our plastic cable ducts are designed for practical use. We've tested them for impact, literally. If you drop a cable duct from six metres, exactly what should happen does happen: absolutely nothing. No breakage, no deformation, and thus no delay on the construction site.
That's not by chance. We deliberately choose robust materials and clever coupling systems that are resistant to rough transport, quick assembly, and prolonged load.
What makes this cable duct particularly special is the origin of the material. More than 98% of the composite comes from recycled sources, including old wind turbine blades and protective layers from electric vehicle batteries. Additionally, thanks to the clever composition of raw materials and the added resin, the cable duct is also fully recyclable once it has reached the end of its life cycle.

Made from 100% recycled plastic, it is engineered for a lifespan of over 100 years and withstands heavy loads and subsidence. Its compartmentalised structure prevents failures and simplifies future expansion. Thanks to its stackable design, installation is fast and cost‑efficient, requiring less excavation work.
SmartClick accelerates the installation and maintenance of cable route
SmartClick is a split, impact‑resistant and flexible conduit system made from 100% recycled plastic, ideal for temporary cable protection during construction or maintenance work. It can be placed directly around existing cables without any dismantling and easily adapts to curved routes. Once the work is completed, the cables are transferred to the permanent Ecotray cable trough. Together, they offer a future‑proof combination of sustainability, flexibility and installation efficiency.
Functional separation with the compact S5000
The S5000 functional separation duct is the first product of its kind to comply with the SPC and is therefore officially approved for use in rail infrastructure. The system ensures safe separation between power and signal cables, prevents flashover voltage and increases overall reliability. Made from glass‑fibre‑reinforced plastic, the S5000 is robust, shrink‑free and built to withstand intensive use. Its slim design fits seamlessly into EcoTray cable troughs, saving valuable space.
