Rail Clip SKL14R

The rail clip SKL14R is designed to keep the rail in correct position and to ensure elastic function of the Rail Fastening Systems, in which this rail clip is used. While the spring arm ends lie on the rail foot and exert the clamping force, the middle loop of the clamp has a certain distance to the railfoot and only activates at excessive rail tilting.
The typical field of application for SKL14R clips are Heavy Haul systems on ballasted track.

Material: The rail clip SKL14R is manufactured from hot rolled spring steel, grade 38Si7 (DIN 1.5023).

Corrosion protection: Basic black water paint, KTL-, or zinc flake coating.
