Utilis Multikoker: Robust Protection and Circular Value
One of the standout additions to the cable systems portfolio is the Utilis Multikoker. This solid wall cable protection system with multiple compartments is ideally suited for track crossings and applications beneath platforms. The product is made entirely from recycled plastic, composed of 100% circular raw materials, and designed for a lifespan of more than one hundred years. Thanks to the high material quality, it can withstand heavy loads and prevents subsidence. The compartment structure ensures clean separation of cables, preventing faults and making extensions of the Utilis Multikoker easy to carry out. Installation is quick and efficient thanks to its stackable design — requiring less excavation work and resulting in lower costs.
SmartClick Accelerates Cable Installation and Maintenance
The SmartClick system also deserves special attention. This split tube solution can be installed directly around existing cables, without the need for dismantling. It is impact resistant, pressure resistant and flexible, allowing it to adapt easily to curved cable routes. SmartClick is made from 100% recycled material and provides strong, enclosed protection that can serve as a permanent solution, but is particularly well suited for temporary applications during construction or maintenance works. After completion, cables are permanently transferred to the existing Ecotray plastic cable duct. Together, SmartClick and Ecotray form a future proof portfolio combining sustainability, flexibility and ease of installation.
Function Separation with the Compact S5000
The S5000 function separation duct is the first product of its kind to meet SPC requirements and is therefore officially approved for use in railway infrastructure. The system guarantees safe separation between power and signaling cables, prevents flash over voltage and increases reliability. Thanks to its glass fiber reinforced plastic, the S5000 is robust, shrink free and resistant to intensive use. Its slim design fits perfectly inside Ecotray ducts and saves space. With an exceptionally long lifespan, designed for decades of service, the S5000 offers a sustainable and low maintenance solution.
Tailored Solutions for Specific Applications
In addition to these three main products, we also provide smart solutions for special situations.
• CrossCube Type RM is a pull chamber with impact resistant walls and pavement ready covers.
• The compact CrossCube Handhole is ideal for fibre optic networks and provides quick access to splice closures.
• For above ground cable protection on bridges and viaducts, the Kratos cable duct offers a double wall system resistant to all weather conditions and requiring minimal maintenance.
